Install the fireproof-coated plates
Carefully mark the position of the penetration on the plate and cut the plate into the holes and penetration dimensions.
Apply the plate on the surface in contact with the plate.
Brush the surface of the plate with JIG-A.
Push the cut plate flush with the substrate surface.
Fill the missed gap with mineral cotton, and then block with fire sealant.
Use fireproof paint on both sides of 0.5mm dry thickness, above 1mm dry thickness.
Apply 200mm on both sides of the penetration with fire retardant coating to complete the integrity of the system.
